They have short horns, big ears, and a pair of fangs protruding from their mouths. The armoured skin has scales and is thick and rugged, providing some protection against physical punishment and consequently, grants a large health bar. They have a muscular build, and their legs seem to be disproportionate to their bulky arms. The gargoyles are gigantic sentient stone-like monsters with a gorilla-like posture and build. Fully charged shots at a safe distance are the best chance Zeke has against the stone monsters. The Gargoyle can also directly attack Zeke if he gets too close for comfort, delivering a devastating swing to the protagonist.
The imps are more of a nuisance and are fairly easy to take down, but their tactile explosions deal massive damage. Whenever the gargoyles slam the ground with their powerful fists, they summon small, skeletal imp-like creatures which rush at Zeke in a frenzy and explode on contact. They rely primarily on their brute strength when attacking. The gargoyles first appear during the time trial in the Mausoleum. They are less common, but bringing them down takes effort and are considered to be one of the deadliest foes in the mansion.
The Gargoyles are tough enemies featured in The Haunted Mansion.
